The structure of the ethanol fireplace is made of matte black steel. The glasses are transparent, tempered, 4mm thick.
The bioethanol fireplace is designed to be placed in a prepared wall opening.
A bioethanol fireplace has the entire firebox covered by glass. Therefore, you can't reach into the fire. However, the glass will also heat up. The side window opens. Opening the side window allows you to pour liquid, light the fire, or extinguish it.
The fireplace must be placed in a prepared opening; the structure can be made of fireproof plasterboard.
Do not connect a bioethanol fireplace to an external chimney (like a traditional fireplace).
Two ventilation grilles (not included) must be installed in the structure where the bioethanol fireplace is to be installed.
The first ventilation grille must be below the bioethanol fireplace, and the second above it.
There are ventilation holes inside the fireplace, behind the bioethanol fireplace burner. These holes draw oxygen from the lower ventilation grille, so the connection must not be covered (there must be an open space inside the structure, below the fireplace).
There must also be an open space above the bio-fireplace structure to allow air to pass from the upper chimney (in the bio-fireplace) to the upper ventilation grille.
All ventilation openings in the fireplace must be unobstructed.
Ventilation grilles must be mounted on the front wall, or they can be corner grilles.
Ventilation grilles should ideally be the same width as the fireplace.
No decorations should be placed on the burner or ventilation openings.
Decorations should also not touch the glass.
A linear hearth in the form of a single container with a width of 524 mm, with double walls and a bottom. The burner has a bioethanol level indicator. There is ceramic wool inside the burner, which acts like a sponge - it absorbs liquid to prevent spilling if the bio-fireplace falls over. Burner is made of stainless steel with a capacity of about 0,7 liters. Biofuel will burn in real time in about 1h 30min on a fully flooded burner.
The burner includes a flame control and a separate flame extinguisher.
